UPDATE II: Following some links, I see that Americablog has been having a contest to see who can come up with the best parody of the USA Next ad. Some of them are quite funny. But some of them are missing the point. Like the one with the "X" over the kid and the "check" over the fetus.
That one doesn't work because it's true. That is the real Bush agenda. The thing about the USA Next ad is that it isn't true. So any parody of it must be, analogously, outrageously false. Otherwise, the parody serves to reinforce the legitimacy of the original ad.
